Compensation: $43,000 - $50,000 depending on experience

What does a landscape plant maintenance crew member do?
Maintain landscaped areas and plant material on residential properties. pruning, mulching, weeding, cutbacks, and cleanups on a regular schedule and as needed.
Assist with landscape installation and tree work as needed/seasonally.
Work well independently as well as on a team while caring for customer properties.
Interact professionally with customers on a daily basis communicating the process and expectations of services.
Possess a general knowledge of plant maintenance practices.
Continue on the job training for all aspects of RYAN provided services along with recommendations for other RYAN services as needed on their property.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required (Horticulture degree preferred)
1 years’ experience in landscape plant maintenance or related field
Working knowledge of plant identification, proper pruning and common issues by species
Commercial applicator's license or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
Valid driver's license
Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to walk, stand, and push/pull equipment for extended periods, including up to 3 miles per day in the field
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round
