Description
- Responsibilities: Is intentional and consistent at integrating faith into living relationships
- Demonstrates classroom management (routine, discipline) appropriate for grade level assigned
- Exhibits organization, preparation, and transitioning in planning
- Provides sufficient and clear expectations at all times
- Supervises student learning activities and other supervisory duties actively and well, during and outside of instructional time
- Decisions, changes, and choices are student and God centered
Respects expectations outlined in the Parent/Student Handbook
Other duties as assigned by the administrator

Requirements
- Spiritual Requirements: Affirms Bethel’s statements of faith
- Affirmance of being a born-again Christian
- Will serve as an example of Christ’s love
- Lives according to Bethel’s biblical standards
- Regular church attendance and involvement in a church that is like-faith
