Requirements
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of fresh, high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking under pressure
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and strong team communication
Follow all food safety and health regulations in accordance with Florida standards
Assist with inventory
Support menu development with new ideas and attention to detail
Bring a positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic to every shift
Experience preferred, passion for food, reliability, and a willingness to learn are a must!
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older.
Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus.
Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Reliable transportation is a must
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and kneeling
Comfortable working in hot, humid, and fast-paced kitchen environments
Manual dexterity for handling knives, tools, and kitchen equipment safely
Ability to work around steam, open flames, and cleaning agents
Clear vision and hearing to ensure safety and communication in a busy kitchen
Ability to climb a step stool or ladder when needed
Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled
