We are seeking a compassionate and motivated
Community Children's Nurse
to join our Lifetime Service on a part-time basis.
Be responsible for maintaining and updating own clinical competence and skills
Promote a family centred approach to care and empowerment of the child's family to take a lead in their child's care
Develop and maintain knowledge of the conditions that affect the children on the caseload
Work as part of the Lifetime core nursing team to provide clinical advice and support to the multi-agency teams
Undertake specialist investigations and with support from nursing team interpret results and initiate appropriate action.
Deliver clinical training to parents, carers and others to enable children to be cared for in a variety of settings
Provide nursing interventions to children in accordance with the Lifetime and Sirona policies and procedures
To plan, implement and review care that is provided in partnership with children, parents and others caring for the family with senior nursing support
