Salary: £16.38 to £20.37
We have an exciting opportunity for a registered adult
nurse to join our friendly and dynamic clinical team at Somer Valley Medical
Group for 30 hours per week.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe and
effective patient care to the practice population using autonomous clinical
skills and a broad in depth theoretical knowledge base.
Meeting patient's nursing care needs as identified, or where care has been transferred to the nurse by a GP or other senior clinician. This will usually be in the surgery, but occasional home visits may also be required.
