Salary: £25,272 a year
increasing to band 3 (£25,760-£27,476)
We have an exciting
opportunity within the Community Ready and Reablement Unit for a Health Care Assistant. This unit is part of the
Trusts One step closer to home philosophy.
To assist the
registered practitioner in providing high quality compassionate care and
assistance to patients / relatives and their carers appropriate to their needs.
-To comply with the Trusts vision, values and behavioural compact.
Greet and receive patients, carers, and other visitors to the
ward/department in a courteous and compassionate manner.
Act as a contact point for patients and carers so that they are
informed and provided with help appropriate to their needs.
Orientate patients to the ward / department environment,
providing appropriate verbal and written information to them about facilities
and services.
Able to contribute toward meetings.
