An opportunity
has arisen for a part-time (22.5 hours per week) Dietitian to join our committed and enthusiastic
team to be a Specialist Dietitian to support nutrition support and home enteral
feeding.
This
role sits within the Dietetic care homes and community team.
To work as an autonomous HCPC registered Dietitian, to provide evidence-based
dietetic service including specialist dietetic assessment, management and treatment
of patients on HEF within the community setting.
