As our Clinical Governance Lead, you will provide visible leadership across our clinical teams, supporting the continuous improvement of patient and family services and helping us to deliver high-quality, effective and responsive care.
You will support the implementation of our clinical governance framework, lead audit and quality improvement activity, oversee clinical risk and patient safety processes, and help ensure our continued readiness for Care Quality Commission inspections. The role also includes responsibility for clinical complaints oversight, incident reporting, PSIRF learning responses, clinical policy development and the effective use of clinical governance data and systems.
The Clinical Governance Lead will provide visible leadership across clinical teams, driving the
continuous improvement of St Nicholas Hospice Care (SNHC) patient and family services. They
will ensure that the organisation delivers and develops high-quality, effective and responsive
services that meet the requirements of statutory regulations. They will support the
implementation of the hospices clinical governance framework, assist in the development and
review of policies and procedures and embed a culture of excellence and continuous
improvement.
