Salary: £47,615 a year
As our Corporate Governance Lead, you will provide strategic leadership and independent assurance across corporate governance, organisational risk, data protection and corporate change programmes.
You will work closely with our Board, Executive Team, Directors and senior leaders, providing expert advice, constructive challenge and clear assurance reporting. You will lead the Hospices corporate governance and organisational risk management arrangements and help embed effective governance within strategic and operational decision-making.
Strong corporate governance is essential to ensuring the Hospice operates with integrity,
transparency and accountability while meeting its legal and regulatory obligations. The
Corporate Governance Lead plays a pivotal role in supporting the Board and Executive team by
providing expert assurance, independent oversight and professional challenge across corporate
governance, data protection and organisational change. This role helps create the conditions for
effective decisionmaking, responsible risk management and the successful delivery of strategic
priorities in a complex and highly regulated environment.
