3 Host Home Providers
2 homes must be accessible for individuals who use walkers or wheelchairs

Requirements
Colorado Host Home Provider Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age Own or rent a safe, stable home that meets Colorado Host Home certification standards Pass required criminal background checks Complete required training and certification prior to providing services Be able to provide a supportive, healthy, and inclusive home environment Starpoint Provides: Competitive monthly reimbursement Comprehensive training Ongoing professional support 24/7 on-call assistance
