Part-Time Physical Therapist – Local Territory, Facility Patients - Minimal Travel
Stern at Home Therapy is hiring a Part-Time Physical Therapist to provide care within a defined local territory in the Hightstown area . This role is structured to offer a consistent caseload with minimal travel , allowing you to focus on patient care rather than long commute times. Territory Coverage:
ALF.
Hightstown area.
Nearby community patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled physical therapy services in assisted living and community-based settings.
- Manage a consistent caseload within a designated geographic area.
- Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.

Qualifications
- Active NJ Physical Therapist license.
- Degree in Physical Therapy.
