We are delighted to introduce occupational therapy across our all age Home Treatment Teams as part of the service delivery model designed to enhance comunity based crisis care and improve outcomes for people over 18 years who are experiencing an mental health crisis.
Promoting health and independence for people who use our services and their families/carers/support staff by delivering high quality occupational therapy assessments, interventions, formulation, and consultation.
To provide high quality and evidence -based occupational therapy assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation to people with complex needs who access services and their carers/supporters/family members, in line with occupational therapy and service pathways.
To communicate effectively with a range of clinicians, managers, directors, associate directors, people who access services, carers/supporters/family members, stakeholders, and agencies.
