We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse who can provide a friendly, caring and professional nursing service to our 11,000 patients.
Job Purpose
The Practice Nurse will work as part of the practices multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to the practice population. The post holder will deliver appropriate treatment, screening, health promotion, education and clinical advice within their professional competence and scope of practice.
