Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and daily living support to senior clients in South Omaha, Bellevue, and Council Bluffs.
- Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
- The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) are a huge plus!
Hands-On Caregiving Experience
: Previous personal (e.g., caring for a loved one or family member) or professional caregiving experience, specifically assisting with CNA training, bathing, toileting/incontinence, and physical transfers, is strongly preferred.
Memory Care
Experience supporting individuals living with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a major plus.
Core Traits
: Adaptability, empathy, compassion, and genuine kindness are absolute MUSTs.
Composure & Judgment
: Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain a calm, reassuring presence in dynamic or high-stress situations.
Reliability
Proven track record of dependability, punctuality, and strict adherence to schedules.
Screening & Credentials
Proof of U.S. work authorization, ability to pass background checks. Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and age 19+.
