At Trinity Hospice, we believe every person deserves compassionate,
dignified and individualised care at the end of life. We are looking for a
caring and dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our Community Nursing Team,
supporting patients and their families in their own homes.
What you'll do
OVERALL
PURPOSE: To utilise specialist skill and knowledge in providing a high
level of practical and emotional care. Provide support to patients and their
families who are in the last year of life and whose preferred place of care is
home.
