Are you looking for a rewarding new opportunity as a ward-based Medicine Management Technician? We welcome applications from newly qualified pharmacy technicians or from those who are due to qualify and register as a pharmacy technician shortly.
The Medicine Management Technicians will provide a ward based Medicine Management and Optimisation Service, including medicine reconciliation, patient counselling and ensuring the quality, safety and timely supply of discharge prescriptions.
