An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Practice Nurse to work here at Walderslade Surgery. Working 24 hours per week over Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse in Chronic Disease Management who is friendly and enthusiastic to provide a high quality of care to our patients.
