Summary/Objective
The Business Systems Integration Developer is the primary technical resource responsible for identifying business process improvement opportunities and designing, developing, implementing, documenting, and supporting software solutions across OGI Process Equipment. The role combines hands-on software development with business systems analysis and enterprise application integration.
Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, this position works with Engineering, Drafting, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, Sales, Purchasing, Accounting, and Operations to translate operational needs into practical, scalable, and supportable solutions. The position is expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy, manage ambiguity, establish technical direction within assigned initiatives, and own solutions from requirements definition through deployment and ongoing support.
Role Focus: This is primarily a software development, systems integration, reporting, automation, and business process improvement role. It may provide limited enterprise application administration and technical support, but it is not a traditional help-desk, network administration, or general IT infrastructure position.
