The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including chronic disease management, health promotion, cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, and routine nursing treatments.
The Practice Nurse will deliver high-quality nursing care within a primary care setting, including chronic disease management, health promotion, immunisations, cervical screening, wound care, and routine treatment room services. The role involves supporting patients with long-term conditions, providing health education and advice, undertaking clinical assessments, maintaining accurate patient records, and working collaboratively with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centred care.
