Wigan Central Primary Care Network (PCN) is seeking an Experienced General Practice Nurse
to work across the PCN
providing clinical leadership, patient care, service development and workforce support.
You'll work across PCN practices and within local
communities, using data-driven approaches to identify need and target resources
