Responsibilities/Duties
- Learn WGM culture and offerings
- Answer calls and book moves
- Follow up on leads and prospects
Produce upsells and cross-sells
Stay knowledgeable of packing procedures, basics and foreman training
Estimate jobs (packing, supply sales, local/long distance moving, storage, etc)
Build accurate estimates
Participate in company training(s)
Report at weekly sales meeting ( Accomplishments and Plan )
Attend Weekly sales meeting - Review previous week’s sales reports and Plan Upcoming Week’s Goals
Meet Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Goals
