Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver exceptional meals
Understand and confidently describe menu items
Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
At least
2 years of full-service restaurant experience
Experience with
scratch cooking
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Team player with solid communication skills
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
