Act as Specialist Pharmacist Lead for Oncology Services, providing professional leadership and acting as the key pharmacy contact for service developments, supported by the Principal Pharmacist for Cancer Services.
Provide a specialist clinical pharmacy and medicines management service to Haematology and Oncology patients, including pharmaceutical risk management within ward-based settings.
