We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse post.
Our aim is to provide treatment and support to patients in their own homes. Whilst undertaking a holistic nursing assessment, we aim to encourage patients to remain as independent as possible, in order to prevent hospital admissions.
