- Are you passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care to patients in the comfort of their own homes?
- Assist qualified Nursing staff in a range of patient care duties.
- To undertake a range of delegated nursing tasks, including cannulation and taking blood or urine samples, carrying out basic wound assessments and applying simple dressings, taking routine observations and supporting clients with medication.
- To record patient information.
- To provide planned patient care.
