Demonstrable experience of building positive, respectful relationships with young people.
Trained in Safeguarding, or committed to achieving the required training.

Confident in de-escalating situations and managing conflict in a calm, solution-focused way.
Able to stay composed, level-headed and effective in pressurised situations.
