About the role
Salary: £35,700
- Experience of leading and developing teams, building employer partnerships and working with external stakeholders.
- A passion for supporting learners with SEND and additional needs, with experience in employability, work experience, supported internships or employment.
- Knowledge of careers education, employability, progression pathways and the Gatsby Benchmarks.
- Experience of developing enterprise initiatives and using data to measure impact and improve outcomes.
- A degree or equivalent professional qualification, Level 3 qualification and Level 2 English and Maths. IAG and/or leadership qualifications would be beneficial.
- A flexible, inclusive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to safeguarding, Health & Safety and continuous development.
