The role of Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare involves delivering high standards of personal care and ensuring continuity of services to residents. The responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene, recognizing clinical risk areas, acting courteously, and practicing safe work systems. Experience is not required, and a thorough induction and training program is provided. Candidates must have effective communication skills, be respectful, efficient, and adaptable. A DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are required.
