As a Care Assistant, your focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Responsibilities include assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas in residents, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. To be successful, you must live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Experience is not required as we offer a thorough induction and training programme.
