ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. You will recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents and act courteously towards residents and their visitors, ensuring the dignity and individuality of each resident is respected. The role demands practicing safe systems of work across the range of tasks. Experience is not required as a thorough induction and training programme will be provided.
