ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include: Assisting residents in all their personal hygiene care ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times.
As a Care Assistant, your role at Avery Healthcare is to provide high standards of personal care, ensuring the independence, dignity, and respect of residents. Your responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, recognizing clinical risk areas such as weight loss or pressure sores, and acting courteously to residents and visitors. Experience is not necessary as training is provided. You should communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be flexible in covering various responsibilities. This role requires a DBS check, with Avery covering the cost, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
