This role involves delivering high standards of personal care and working collaboratively within the care team to maintain service continuity. Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal hygiene while maintaining their dignity and independence, recognizing and addressing clinical risks such as weight loss or infections, and practicing safe systems of work.
