As a Care Assistant - Nights at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to deliver high standards of personal care, ensuring continuity of services to residents. You'll assist residents in personal hygiene care, ensuring independence, dignity, and respect. Recognizing and addressing clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, and risks of infection is crucial. You'll act courteously towards residents and visitors while respecting each individual's dignity. Safe systems of work should be practiced continuously. No prior experience is required as a thorough induction and training program is provided. Ideal candidates should effectively communicate verbally and in writing, demonstrate initiative, respect residents and staff, execute reasonable instructions, and be adaptive to responsibilities at short notice.
