As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care with respect and dignity for residents at South Lodge Care Home in Leicester. The role includes assisting with personal hygiene care, recognizing clinical risks, and practicing safe work systems. Avery supports its teams with a caring environment and development opportunities, celebrating compassion and dedication. New hires are not required to have experience, as a thorough induction and training program are provided.
