The role involves delivering high standards of personal care, maintaining residents' dignity and respect, and recognizing clinical risks like weight loss or pressure sores. We ensure a comprehensive induction and training program for all team members to build confidence in their roles, regardless of experience. Our ideal candidates will communicate effectively, show initiative, and be adaptable to changing responsibilities. This role also requires a DBS Disclosure check paid for by Avery Healthcare.
