Were now looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Assistant - Nights at Brentwood Arches Care Home in Brentwood. Your focus as Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. Other responsibilities will include assisting residents with their personal hygiene while ensuring their independence, dignity, and respect, recognizing and escalating clinical risk areas such as weight loss, pressure sores, falls, and infections. You must act courteously to residents and visitors, practice safe systems of work, and demonstrate initiative and respect for residents and others.
