ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as Care Home Administrator will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home.
Your focus as Care Home Administrator will be to support the General Manager, staff, and residents in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home. Responsibilities include collection of data for invoicing, following up on unpaid fees, collating information for payroll returns, providing clerical support, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding. Candidates must have three years of business administration experience, be confident with computers, have effective interpersonal skills, prioritize workload, and establish good relationships with staff.
