This role involves shaping the culture, recruiting, and developing a high-performing team, and establishing strong relationships with residents, families, and local stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with financial, operational, and regulatory standards, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with Avery's support teams. You will have the autonomy to create a positive environment and deliver exceptional resident experiences while being supported by an experienced central team.
