As a Client Liaison Manager, your primary focus will be managing the sales and marketing processes within the care homes, ensuring the effective operation of the Sales & Marketing Department. Your responsibilities include meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base, and maximising revenue. You will also ensure sales targets, deadlines, and brand standards are met, assist with general sales and marketing enquiries, manage potential member information, and develop new contacts with care influences. Suitable candidates will embody our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Applicants should have a full UK driving license, negotiation skills, effective interpersonal skills, workload prioritization ability, and ideally, a background in sales. A DBS Disclosure check is required, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK must be provided.
