ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member will be to support with the dining service and assisting residents with their meals. Other responsibilities will include: Supporting the residents with choosing their meal options at the time of dining. Ensuring that dining tables are set in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
This role as a Food and Beverage Assistant involves supporting the dining service and assisting residents with their meals at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home. Responsibilities include helping residents choose meal options, setting dining tables according to standard procedures, maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, ensuring fresh cakes and biscuits are available, and being mindful of residents' dietary requirements. Successful candidates should demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene, compassion, and a commitment to delivering quality culinary services. Experience in similar settings, such as restaurants or hotels, is desirable, and possessing a basic Food Hygiene Certificate is beneficial.
