The role requires carrying out cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions, understanding cleaning requirements of different surfaces and materials, ensuring areas are well presented, and respecting residents' personal space. Candidates must exhibit qualities such as compassion, dedication, adaptability, and a commitment to high-quality service. The successful candidate should be knowledgeable in Health and Safety, experience in public laundry cleaning, and able to adapt to varying responsibilities. Additionally, the role requires a DBS Disclosure check, funded by the employer, and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
