As a Housekeeping Assistant - Bank at Grove Park Care Home, you'll join a supportive environment where you'll grow both personally and professionally. You'll work as part of a team, focusing on cleanliness and laundry maintenance, while operating under our standard operating procedures. Key responsibilities include carrying out cleaning duties based on worksheet instructions, understanding cleaning needs for different surfaces, and ensuring residents' dignity and privacy. We value caring and compassionate individuals who demonstrate commitment to high-quality housekeeping services. Essential attributes include knowledge of Health and Safety, particularly in moving and handling techniques, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments. Experience in public setting laundry is preferred. Flexibility and adaptability in taking on various responsibilities are essential.
