Senior Care Assistants at Avery Healthcare are responsible for supporting care teams to deliver high standards of personal care. This includes monitoring residents' wellbeing and updating care plans, assisting with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions. Key qualities needed are good communication skills, a positive attitude towards supporting residents and staff, and the ability to manage a variety of responsibilities. Ideal candidates should have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, at least 2 years of experience, and a flexible, responsive approach. The role requires living Averys values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable behavior.
