ABOUT THE ROLE Your focus as a Senior Care Assistant will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. Other responsibilities will include: Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met, and written records are amended to reflect any variation.
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, youll be instrumental in supporting and working alongside the care team to deliver high standards of personal care. Working at Priory Court Care Home in Stamford, your role involves providing a safe, caring, innovative, and supportive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You'll also monitor residents' wellbeing, ensure their changing needs are met, and record any variations. The role includes responsibilities such as supporting residents with their medication requirements, staff supervisions, and being a key contact for residents, relatives, and health professionals, ensuring that reasonable requests are responded to and concerns are addressed.
