In this role as a Senior Care Assistant - Nights at Avery Healthcare, you will support the care team in delivering high standards of personal care and create a safe and inclusive environment. Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' wellbeing, taking part in person-centred care planning, assisting with medication needs, supporting staff development, and acting as a key contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
