Avery Healthcare is hiring for a Team Leader at Aire View Care Home in Leeds. As a Team Leader, you will help the management team in delivering high-quality care to residents. Responsibilities include leading person-centered care planning, assisting with discharges, monitoring residents' well-being, and practicing safe systems of work. Applicants must adhere to Avery's values of compassion, support, honesty, respect, and accountability. Candidates are required to have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, two years of experience in a senior position with the resident group, excellent communication skills, and leadership abilities. A DBS check (covered by Avery Healthcare) and proof of eligibility to work in the UK are mandatory for this role.
