In this role, you will focus on delivering a wide range of activities to promote residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, emphasizing privacy, dignity, independence, choice, and rights. Responsibilities include developing detailed life stories by listening to residents and families, planning and submitting monthly activity plans, organizing events, maintaining a safe environment, and contributing to the home's positive image.
