General Practitioner (GP) Location: Beacon Medical Centre
Managing acute and chronic medical conditions
Conducting face-to-face and telephone consultations
Prescribing and reviewing medications
Participating in clinical audits and MDT meetings
Supporting QOF and local enhanced services
Providing proactive, patient-centred care
