In this role as an Assistant Psychologist, you will contribute to the psychological well-being of individuals in a Tier 2 female rehabilitation setting. Under the guidance of a Clinical Psychologist, your responsibilities include performing psychological assessments, planning interventions, and collecting data. You'll engage with service users dealing with various mental health issues, such as depression and trauma, and provide interventions in both one-on-one and group settings. You will also assist in delivering training, conducting service evaluations, and maintaining clinical databases. This role offers an opportunity to develop specialist skills and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to promote person-centred and trauma-informed care approaches.
