Are you passionate about supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and delivering high-quality psychological care? Join Springwood Lodge as a Clinical Associate Psychologist and work with our multidisciplinary team, helping to provide evidence-based assessment, formulation, and intervention within an inpatient setting. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with service users, psychology colleagues, and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality psychological support and contribute to positive recovery outcomes. You will manage your own caseload, undertaking psychological assessments, developing formulations, and delivering a range of evidence-based individual and group interventions in line with NICE guidance.
